FREE RETURNS — WITHIN 3 DAYS

At FROMHERE, we want to ensure that every order arrives in good condition and matches your purchase. Free returns are available within 3 × 24 hours (72 hours) of receiving your package, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

• The product received does not match the order.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• An item is missing from the order.

2. RETURN REQUEST REQUIREMENTS

To submit a return or refund request, customers must:

• Provide an uninterrupted unboxing video, starting with the package still sealed and continuing until all items are clearly visible.
• Contact the FROMHERE team within 3 × 24 hours (72 hours) of receiving the package.
• Ensure the product has not been worn, washed, or altered.
• Ensure all original tags and packaging are intact and complete.

3. RETURN REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF

• No valid unboxing video is provided.
• The request is submitted after the 72-hour deadline.
• The product has been worn or washed.
• The product has stains, perfume marks, or damage caused by use.
• The product has been altered, including tailoring, cutting, or resewing.

4. RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

All requests will be reviewed by the FROMHERE team based on the evidence provided and the condition of the returned product. Our team will inform customers of the next steps once the review is complete.
